FAQ

I've just purchased an Annual Pass for myself, are my friends and family able to use it? 

Our Annual Passes are non transferable, with each card being assigned to a single individual. If your family or friends are looking to visit the park they can purchase their own passes or buy a single day entry ticket which can be found here: www.manorwildlifepark.co.uk/ticket-info 

I'm looking to purchase an Annual Pass either online or over the phone, will the pass be valid for a year from the date of purchase or from my first visit to the park? 

If you've purchased your pass online or over the phone, you will receive it in the form of a voucher or via email (depending on the option you've chosen). Your pass will then become 'live' from the date of your first visit to the park or within 2 months of purchase, whichever comes first. For example: If you were to purchase a pass on the internet on the 1st of June, but didn't visit the park until the 1st of August, you would have one years unlimited entry to the park starting on the 1st of August, the date of your first visit to the park.

I've lost my pass, can I still visit the park for free? 

If you have lost your pass you can still visit the park, but you will need to bring a form of ID with you so we can find you on our system. Once we have validated your membership we can reprint your card for you at a cost of £1.

I have just purchased an Annual Pass, how many visits to the park does this entitle me to? 

Our Annual Pass allows completely UNLIMITED visits to the park from the date of your first visit. 

I'm an Annual Pass holder but I'd like to use the Indoor Play, is there an extra charge for this? 

No, our Indoor Play is completely free of charge for both Annual Pass and Day Ticket holders.
