Law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. Disputes arising herefrom shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England. Any cause of action you may have with respect to your use of this site must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arises.
If any of these Terms and Conditions should be determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the law of any state or country in which these Terms and Conditions are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that Term or Condition is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from that clause and the remaining terms and conditions shall survive and continue to be binding and enforceable.
Manor Wildlife Park makes no representation that materials on this site are appropriate or available for use at other locations outside of the United Kingdom and access to them from territories where their contents are illegal is prohibited. If you access this site from a location outside of the United Kingdom, you are responsible for compliance with all local laws.
Tickets
A CHILD is a person aged from 2 to 16 years (inclusive).
An ADULT is a person aged from 17 to 64 years (inclusive).
A CONCESSION is a Disabled person, carer, senior or student.
A STUDENT is an ADULT or SENIOR holding a valid and current photographic identity showing they are a student.
A SENIOR is a person aged 65 years and over with accompanying supporting evidence
An INFANT is a child under the age of 2, these are admitted free of charge in the park.
Tickets are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. Tickets are valid only up until their 'Valid to' date visible on the bottom of the voucher; tickets that have expired will not be accepted.

Offer is only valid for use on the Coronation Bank Holiday Weekend, Saturday 6th, Sunday 7th and Monday 8th May 2023.
Photo ID must be present, displaying your first name as ‘Charles’ to qualify for this offer.
No abbreviations of the name Charles will be permitted for entry, only those with the first name of Charles will be permitted.

special events/promotions
Tickets purchased for special events/promotions are only valid for the date(s) and event/promotion specified. These tickets are non refundable and subject to specific terms and conditions related to the event/promotion.
Annual Passes (Manor Pass)
Annual passes (‘Manor Pass') are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged. A valid Annual Pass ('Manor Pass') must be presented on entry to allow admission to the park. Should you lose your annual pass there is a £1.00 reprint fee.
Admission will not be granted under any circumstances without the production of a valid Annual Pass card. If you do not have your card with you on the day of admission, the current full admission charge must be paid which is NOT REFUNDABLE.
Children under the age of 2 are free to enter Manor Wildlife Park with a Annual Pass holder or a full-paying Adult. From the age of 2, children will require their own paid Annual Pass or day ticket to visit.
Annual passes run for 12 months, starting from the date of your first visit.
A membership pass may not be valid for entry on certain special events in the zoo calendar and this will be advertised as such. There will be an additional fee payable for member entry to such events.
An adult must accompany children 15 years old or younger.
We reserve the right to refuse entry and/or cancel a Annual Pass without refund. In particular if the card holder, or anyone accessing our facilities by virtue of a annual Pass, behaves in a threatening or abusive way to our staff, contractors or the animal collection, or breaches the terms and conditions relating to access to our facilities.
Manor Wildlife Park reserves the right to change opening and closing times of the park without prior notice. Manor Wildlife Park reserves the right to close or remove some exhibits or areas within the zoos partly, entirely or at certain times of the year for various reasons including, but not limited to, special events and refurbishment. No refunds can be made.
We reserve the right to change the benefits that apply to Members or the sites to which access is permitted at any time and without prior notice, which may include restricting multiple re-entry to busy sites and restricting member entry if capacity has been reached. Where possible, changes to benefits will be published on Manor Wildlife Park’s website.
Membership features may be subject to changes at any time. No refunds can be made.
Animal Experiences
Manor Wildlife Park's animal experiences are available on a first come first serve basis. These are bookable over the phone and require full-payment at the time of booking.
Once the Animal Experience(s) has been booked these are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless due to extreme circumstances.
Manor Wildlife Park reserves the right to ask any participant to leave the park should they behave in an inappropriate or unsafe manner.
Manor Wildlife Park reserves the right to reschedule any of the booked dates for the Animal Experiences. Manor Wildlife Park will give as much notice as possible; however this cannot always be guaranteed. Manor Wildlife Park cannot cover travel, accommodation or any other associated costs if the scheduled date is cancelled.
Manor Wildlife Park reserves the right to cancel or amend the booked Animal Experience at any given time due to animal welfare or health issues, or due to changes in the animal collection. Manor Wildlife Park will ensure to the best of its ability to provide an alternative Animal Experience.
Children must be at least 6 years old to take part in to all of our encounters EXCLUDING "Meet the Tigers". Children aged 6 to 15 years old must be accompanied by a spectating full paying adult or season pass holder.
Security
CCTV and cameras are operational around the park for security purposes and the safety of our visitors. Data and recordings are kept offsite.
Photography and digital recordings
Any photographs, digital images or video recordings made during a visit to the wildlife park may only be for personal use. The sale, public broadcast of photographs, digital images or video recordings for profit, trainee usage or student projects can only be done with prior permission. The use of Aerial Drones, radio controlled helicopters and UAV devices of any design and configuration is strictly prohibited
By accepting these terms of entry, you agree that Manor Wildlife Park may use any photographs and/or video or other recordings whilst taken at the park for promotional purposes.
From time to time we and third parties to whom we have provided authority may take photographs and/or video recordings of the park premises, including the car parks and surrounding areas which may feature visitors. By accepting these Terms, you agree that the park or any authorised third party may use such images in perpetuity in any promotional or publicity material in any format whatsoever. You further agree that all copyright and any other intellectual property rights that subsist in or arise out of these materials shall be absolutely owned by us or such authorised third party (subject to our agreement) as the case may be.

Annual Pass Redemption:
Annual passes purchased during this sale must be redeemed by 31st March 2024.
