The park’s cheekiest residents; black-capped squirrel monkeys are little primates with BIG personalities. Primarily insectivores, these little guys would relish the chance to take part in a bush tucker trial, with their daily diet consisting of everything from mealworms to crickets and even the odd locust! During these unprecedented times, we’re asking for your donations to help pick up the food tab for our troop of squirrel monkeys for one day. 

On a normal day, one of our squirrel monkeys will eat the following: 

• Insects… lots and lots of insects!

• 800g's specialised animal feed

• Mixed seed

• Mixed vegetables

• Seasonal ‘browse’ including willow and maple
